Instead of steam, a safe, effective cleaning solution is applied to the carpet to gently remove soil and stains, then the solution is extracted, leaving very little moisture behind, and the carpets are completely dry in very little time.

Some situations call for not only cleaning, but actually disinfecting carpet, as well. Restaurant dining rooms are one such application, because of the heavy usage, likely spillage and bacterial growth over time. Another common situation that calls for antimicrobial cleaning is after a flood or leak clean-up. Once the flood water is removed and the space has been dried and dehumidified, it’s a good idea to perform an antimicrobial cleaning on the carpet to make sure that mold and mildew can’t grow beneath the carpet unseen.
